Getting started
What does the server cost?
Nothing. The shop carries cosmetics, consumables and convenience. No equipment, no upgrade materials.
Do I need separate accounts for the game and the site?
No. The same credentials work here and in the game.
What is the deletion code for?
Seven digits you choose yourself when you register. Without them nobody deletes a character, not even with your password.
In game
How many windows may I have open at once?
Three per connection. Need more? Ask.
What happens to my character at the end of a season?
Nothing. Only the leaderboard counters go back to zero. Characters, items, guild storage and guild land stay.
Will there be a wipe?
No. No wipe, no higher level cap, no second realm.
Shop and coins
How do I get coins?
Through a Lightning voucher. Paste the link in the shop and you get the coins of whichever package its amount covers. We store no payment details.
Can a top-up be credited twice?
No. Every order carries an identifier. A second attempt with the same one books nothing.
Where do purchased items end up?
In your character's item shop storage. If you are in the game right now, close the window once and open it again.

Which languages is the site available in?
The same seventeen as the game client. The language sits in the address, so a bookmark always lands on your version.
